General contractor serving Knoxville, TN since 2024

Nest Construction LLC was founded in 2024 with a straightforward goal: give Knoxville-area homeowners a general contractor they can actually trust. From the start, we built the company around quality craftsmanship, transparent pricing, and honest communication. No runaround, no surprise invoices, no cutting corners.

We handle a wide range of residential work, from full home remodels and custom home builds to kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions, roofing, and decks. We also design and build custom swimming pools and outdoor living spaces, and we manage permitting and planning so you don't have to chase paperwork on your own.

What sets us apart is how we approach each project. Every job starts with listening. We want to know what you're picturing, what your budget looks like, and what matters most to you. From there, we build a plan that fits your home and your life, not a template pulled from a catalog.

We serve homeowners across a wide stretch of East Tennessee, including Knoxville, Powell, Fountain City, Halls, Karns, Bearden, Maryville, Lenoir City, Oak Ridge, Seymour, Farragut, Clinton, Maynardville, Corryton, Louisville, and Kodak. Whether you're in a quiet neighborhood off Pellissippi Parkway or out in the county, we're close by and ready to help.

Nest Construction LLC holds Tennessee contractor license number 81001. We take that responsibility seriously. Every project we take on reflects our reputation, and we protect it by doing the work right the first time.

When you work with us, you get a team that shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers results you'll be proud of for years to come. We're not here to do the minimum. We're here to bring your vision to life.
